Ukraine plans to raise $17 billion for immediate recovery program

The World Bank and the Ukrainian government have presented a report on the devastation caused by Russian troops, and the verified amount needed to rebuild Ukraine is already $349 billion. Denis Schmigal said this at a press conference with Ukrainian journalists in Kiev.
